A design for a hoop house for the edible school yard for the Montessori Public School in the Friendship area of Pittsburgh. This hoop house will serve as a greenhouse to extend the crop life into the first phases of winter, as the agricultural activities revolving around the plant beds are a large part of Montessori’s curriculum.
